The questions we hear most
What counts as an "identified company"?
A distinct company domain identified in a calendar month. Repeat visits from the same domain aren't recounted. We only charge for identifications we actually deliver — home-office and mobile traffic that we can't attribute is free.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
We keep tracking and notify you at 80% and 100% of quota. Overage isn't billed automatically — you choose whether to upgrade (pro-rated) or wait for the next period. No surprise invoices.
Are prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
Prices are excl. VAT. Finnish and EU B2B customers outside Finland see reverse-charge applied. Non-EU customers are billed without VAT.
Can I change plans?
Yes, up or down, any time. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 20-minute demo instead of a card-first trial. We run a live match against your own website during the demo so you see real numbers before you commit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (via Stripe) and invoice on annual plans for EU companies with a valid VAT ID.
How is Done-for-You different?
You get the full product (Unlimited tier), plus a dedicated success manager who runs sequencing, writes cold emails, manages the CRM, and sends you weekly reports. Pricing starts at €599/mo and is quoted based on target volume and scope.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly: cancel any time, access runs until the end of the paid period. Annual: cancel any time with a pro-rata refund within the first 30 days; after 30 days, the plan runs to the end of the annual term.
