How are seats priced?

Seats are included in the plan tier. Done-for-You includes 5 seats with additional seats at €15/mo each. Tier-1 plans are workspace-based rather than per-seat, so your whole team can use the same Leadsment workspace under one plan.

Should reps have individual mailboxes or a shared team inbox?

Individual. Outbound should come from each rep's real mailbox to protect domain reputation and to make personalisation believable. Leadsment supports a shared team view over individual mailboxes, which is the pattern almost every effective team uses.

How does this fit with our HubSpot / Salesforce setup?

Leadsment's CRM lives alongside your existing one, not instead of it. You can run the daily identify+enrich+outreach motion in Leadsment and push qualified accounts + replied contacts into HubSpot/Salesforce on a one-way sync. Bidirectional sync is on the roadmap.

Can we attribute ad spend to pipeline?

Yes — this is one of the most common reasons teams adopt us. We capture the referring source and UTM parameters on every identification, so you can slice pipeline by campaign, channel, or keyword in the leader dashboard.

How does GDPR / data privacy work for a team?

Data is EU-hosted by default. Enrichment uses lawful-basis-compliant sources for business contact data only — no personal email addresses, no mobile phones. A DPA is available on request and signed as part of Done-for-You onboarding.

Can we warm up mailboxes for a whole team?

Yes — we include per-mailbox pacing, the SPF/DKIM/DMARC wizard, and recommendations for dedicated warm-up tools when you're bringing new domains online at scale. Done-for-You includes a managed deliverability audit as part of onboarding.
