Every proposal gets a unique secure link. Send by email or share the link directly — the customer opens it in a browser, reads it, and signs digitally right there. No PDF email attachments lost to spam filters, no DocuSign round-trip.

What people ask before they buy

How is this different from PandaDoc or Qwilr?

Different positioning. Proposals is part of Leadsment — it pulls from the same CRM, the same contacts, and the same deal history. PandaDoc is a standalone product with extra integration work and its own user licenses. If you need a dedicated proposal platform, use PandaDoc. If you want proposals as part of the B2B stack you already use to find and work leads, use Leadsment.

Does it handle Finnish VAT correctly?

Yes. VAT rates are configurable per line item, reverse-charge is applied automatically for EU B2B, and the final PDF includes all the required VAT IDs and footer text. The default setup works out of the box for Finnish invoicing; the same system handles other EU countries.

Can customers sign digitally in the EU?

Yes. Our digital signatures are SES (Simple Electronic Signatures) under eIDAS — legally binding for commercial proposals and services agreements across the EU. For contracts that require QES (Qualified Electronic Signatures), the proposal tool can still collect an SES signature and you attach the QES separately.

Detailed answers

Which plan includes the proposal tool?

Today, the proposal tool is included in the Done-for-You plan. We're evaluating an add-on tier for smaller plans; join the waitlist from the demo call.

Can I build custom templates?

Yes. The editor supports custom sections, your own branding, and reusable blocks. Templates can be saved as drafts and duplicated per deal.

How is pricing calculated across line items?

Each line item has a quantity, unit price, and VAT rate. Subtotals, per-rate VAT lines, and the grand total recalculate automatically. Recurring items (monthly, annual) are supported with a preview of the first year's total.

Can proposals include multiple languages?

Yes. Each template supports multiple language versions — English, Finnish, Swedish out of the box, plus any you add manually. You pick the language when you generate the proposal; customer-facing fields translate automatically.

Does it integrate with my accounting software?

Signed proposals can push to accounting platforms via webhook. Direct integrations for Finnish accounting software (Procountor, Netvisor) are on the roadmap.

What if the customer prefers a PDF?

Every proposal can be exported as a fully-branded PDF at any time. Open tracking is limited on PDF delivery (you won't see per-page scrolls), but opens and downloads are still logged when the secure link is used.
