What does Leadsment do?
Leadsment identifies the B2B companies visiting your website, surfaces the decision-makers you'd want to reach, and delivers the list to your inbox every morning — so outbound starts with named accounts instead of cold prospecting.
How long does setup take?
Under 10 minutes. Drop a single tracking snippet on every page of your site, define your ideal customer profile (titles, departments, region), and the first morning digest lands the next day.
Do I need a developer to install the tracking snippet?
No. The snippet is a single line of JavaScript that goes anywhere it loads on every page — typically right before the closing </head> tag, or via your tag manager. Most teams install it themselves in a few minutes.
What counts as an "identified company"?
A distinct company domain identified in a calendar month. Repeat visits from the same company inside the same month aren't recounted. You only pay for identifications we successfully deliver.
Is there a free trial?
Every paid plan starts with a 20-minute demo where we run a live match against your own website, rather than a card-first trial. You see real numbers on your real traffic before you commit.
How long until we see pipeline?
The first identifications land the morning after install. Most teams book their first demo from a Leadsment-identified account within two weeks of starting outreach, depending on traffic and how quickly sequences start.
GDPR, security & data
How we treat your data and your visitors' data. Designed for European B2B from day one.
Is visitor identification GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We identify companies via IP-to-company lookup, which sits outside GDPR's scope for personal data. We don't track individuals, set cross-site cookies, or collect personally identifying information from site visitors.
Where is my data hosted?
All Leadsment visitor and contact data is processed and stored in EU data centres. We don't transfer data across the Atlantic in normal operation.
Do you process personal data?
Only for contact enrichment, and only using lawful-basis-compliant business sources (work email, role, LinkedIn profile — equivalent to what's publicly listed on a company's own site). We don't enrich personal email addresses, mobile numbers, or home addresses.
Can I get a DPA (Data Processing Agreement)?
Yes. Our standard DPA is available on request — email Konsta@leadsment.com. Done-for-You customers get it as part of onboarding.
Do visitors on my site get cookies from Leadsment?
No. The tracking snippet is stateless and cookieless — it does not set any cookies on your visitors' browsers. Company identification happens server-side via IP lookup without any client-side state.
How long do you retain identified-company data?
Identified-company data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. On cancellation, data is kept for 30 days (for potential reactivation) then deleted. Export is available at any time via CSV, API, or direct CRM sync.
Pricing & billing
What each plan costs, how quota works, and how to pay.
How is pricing structured?
Five tiers: Starter (€99/mo, 25 companies), Growth (€199, 75), Scale (€299, 200), Unlimited (€399), and Done-for-You (from €599). Prices are per month, excl. VAT. Annual billing saves 17% — two months free.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual is billed once up front at the monthly-equivalent rate after a 17% discount (i.e. two months free). You can cancel monthly any time; annual is refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days.
What counts toward the monthly quota?
Distinct identified companies per calendar month, based on your billing anchor date. Repeat visits from the same company in the same period aren't recounted. Enrichment of those companies' contacts is included — no separate counter.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
We keep tracking and notify you at 80% and 100% of quota. Overage isn't billed automatically — you choose whether to upgrade (pro-rated) or wait for the next billing period. No surprise invoices.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (via Stripe) on every plan, and invoice payment on annual plans for EU companies with a valid VAT ID. Finnish and EU reverse-charge applies automatically on invoices; non-EU customers are billed without VAT.
Can I cancel any time?
Monthly: cancel any time; access runs until the end of the paid period. Annual: cancel any time with pro-rata refund within the first 30 days; after 30 days the plan runs to the end of the annual term.
Product & integrations
What Leadsment connects to and how deep the integrations go.
Which CRMs do you integrate with?
Direct integrations for HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce — one-way push from Leadsment by default, with configurable field mapping. Everything else flows via Zapier, webhooks, or the REST API.
Can I track multiple domains?
Yes. Starter and Growth include 1 tracking domain; Scale includes 3; Unlimited includes 10. Done-for-You is unlimited and bundled with managed setup per domain.
What are the email send limits?
Limits are set by your own mailbox provider, not by Leadsment. Gmail and Microsoft 365 typically allow 300–500 sends per day per mailbox when warmed; Google Workspace allows up to 10,000. Leadsment paces sends automatically to stay well under the limit.
Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. Both Gmail (Google Workspace) and Microsoft 365 are supported via OAuth. Generic IMAP/SMTP works as a fallback for other providers.
Is there an API?
Yes. API access is included from Scale and up. Every object (visitor, company, contact, deal, email event) has REST endpoints; webhooks fire on key events (new identification, reply received, deal moved). Full reference at /resources (coming soon) and via Konsta on request today.
Can I export my data?
Yes — CSV, JSON via API, or direct sync to HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce. Your data is yours; there is no lock-in, and export is available even after cancellation for the 30-day retention window.

Who builds Leadsment?
Konsta runs Leadsment today — the product, the sales, and every demo. The goal is to keep founder-led until the point where it actually shouldn't be. That's the value, and the limit we respect.
How big is the team?
Small and deliberate. We don't publish exact headcount because it changes; what matters is that every customer email and every demo goes through Konsta personally today.
Can I see the roadmap?
The public changelog lists everything we've shipped. The roadmap itself isn't public yet — if you want a look at what's coming in the next 90 days, email Konsta directly and we'll share the plan.
What's your support response time?
One business day or less on every plan — most customer emails get a same-day reply. Done-for-You includes a dedicated success manager with 4-hour response SLA during business hours (EEST).
Do you offer partnerships or reseller programs?
We work with marketing and digital agencies on a bring-your-own-client model today — see /solutions/agencies for details. A formal reseller program is on the roadmap; email partnerships@leadsment.com if you want to be notified when it launches.
