Verified means verified: each email goes through a deliverability check before it shows up in your list. Hard bounces don't count toward your quota, and you can swap in a different verifier through the API if you have a preference.

Yes, when done with the right sources and lawful basis. Our enrichment uses publicly-available business contact data (name, role, work email — equivalent to LinkedIn or a company website). We do not enrich personal email addresses, mobile numbers, or home addresses.

How is email verification done?
A combination of MX-record checks, SMTP probes (where allowed), and deliverability signals from our sending infrastructure. Catch-all domains are flagged so you can decide how to treat them.
Will I be charged for bounced contacts?
No. Hard bounces from contacts we surfaced are credited back automatically. We only count contacts that are actually deliverable.
Can I export the contacts?
Yes — CSV, direct push to HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce, Zapier, or webhook. Your data is yours.
Do I need to bring my own enrichment provider?
No. Enrichment is built into every plan that includes identification. If you have an existing data partner you'd rather use, the API lets you slot it in instead.
