Leadsment for Marketing & Digital Agencies
Turn your client websites into a productised retainer offering.
Agency retainers are getting harder to justify month after month. Leadsment gives you a productised lead-gen layer you can install on every client site, deliver as a clean monthly report, and price as a fixed add-on — without becoming a software vendor.
What gets in the way today
Retainers are commoditised
SEO, ads, content, social — every agency offers the same things. Without a tangible new deliverable, retainer renewals turn into price negotiations every quarter.
Client ROI is hard to prove
You can show traffic, rankings, impressions. But the moment the client asks 'how much pipeline did this drive?' the answer goes vague. That kills retention.
Lead-gen-as-a-service needs per-client tooling
Buying separate tools per client (or letting clients buy them) destroys the unit economics. You need one workspace that runs identification across every client site without a stack of subscriptions.
What day-to-day actually looks like
- 1
Install once per client site
A single tracking snippet per client domain. Most agencies onboard a new client in under 15 minutes total.
- 2
Per-client daily digest
Each client gets their own digest of identified companies, scoped to their domain. You see all of them in one workspace; the client only sees theirs.
- 3
Branded monthly report
Pull the month's identifications + pipeline contribution into a report with your agency branding. The deliverable is concrete, repeatable, and easy to charge for.
- 4
Resell as a retainer add-on
Most agencies price this as a fixed €500–€1500/mo add-on per client, depending on traffic. The product cost is a fraction of that, and the deliverable is something the client can actually point at.

Renewals get easier
When the retainer conversation comes up, you have a number — companies identified, decision-makers surfaced, pipeline opportunities created. That's the conversation that holds price.

See productBest plan for Marketing & Digital Agencies: Unlimited
Most agencies start on Scale (3 client domains, 200 identifications/mo) and outgrow it inside a quarter. Unlimited covers a 10-client roster with full identification volume; Done-for-You makes sense once you're past 10 clients and want managed deliverability across every mailbox.
Segment-specific questions
Can I white-label the client-facing reports?
Yes — branded PDF and HTML exports support your agency logo, colours, and footer text, so the deliverable looks like it came from you. Direct white-label of the dashboard itself (custom subdomain, your logo on the login screen) is on the Done-for-You roadmap.
How does billing work — do clients see Leadsment on the invoice?
No. You pay Leadsment, the client pays you. Most agencies bundle the cost into the retainer line item or add it as a discrete 'Pipeline Acquisition' add-on at a fixed monthly fee.
How is data separated between clients?
Each client domain is its own workspace within your agency account. Identifications, contacts, and pipeline data never cross between clients. Your team sees everything; each client only ever sees their own data.
What about GDPR — am I a controller or processor for client data?
You're a processor on behalf of each client; Leadsment is a sub-processor. Our DPA is structured to be backed-out into your client agreements without rewriting them. Documentation is available before you sign your first agency client.
What happens to a client's data when the retainer ends?
Identification stops the moment the snippet is removed. Existing identification + contact data can be exported (CSV, JSON) and handed to the client, then deleted from the workspace within the timeframe specified in your DPA — typically 30 days.
Can I bring my own enrichment provider for clients in restricted regions?
Yes. The API supports plugging in a per-workspace enrichment provider, so if a client requires a specific regional data partner (common in DACH or financial services), you can route their accounts through it without affecting the rest of your roster.
