Built-in CRM
A simple CRM that lives where your leads are found.
No more spreadsheets. No more importing from one tool to another. The accounts identified on your site become the accounts in your pipeline — automatically.
How Built-in CRM works for you
Every identified company and every enriched contact lands in a built-in pipeline you can actually work in. Assign owners, move deals between stages, set next-action reminders, attach notes — the basics, done well, without a 200-feature settings menu.
When you're ready for a heavier CRM later, one-click sync pushes the relevant accounts and contacts to HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce. Until then, you don't need either tool — Leadsment is enough to run a real B2B sales motion.
Branded proposals, contact history, and audit logs are all attached to the same record, so the deal you're working today and the email you sent six weeks ago live on the same screen.
Why this exists
Spreadsheets break at scale
Leads in a Google Sheet survive for about three weeks before someone overwrites a column or forgets to update a status.
Full CRMs are overkill before €500k ARR
HubSpot Free does too much, Salesforce does way too much, and you spend the first month configuring instead of selling.
Leads slip between tools
Identification in tool A, enrichment in tool B, CRM in tool C — and 30% of your accounts vanish in the handoffs.
From setup to first lead in four steps
Lead arrives
Identification + enrichment land a fully-populated company + contact record in your pipeline automatically.
Owner assigned
Round-robin or by ICP. Each rep wakes up to the new accounts they own — no triage meeting required.
Status moves
Drag through stages: New → Contacted → Replied → Demo Booked → Won/Lost. Templates available.
Next-action reminder
Every record has a 'next contact at' date. The dashboard shows what's overdue. Nothing slips.

For B2B Founders
Run your entire sales motion in one tool until you actually need a Salesforce. Most founders never do.

See solutionConcretely, on every plan that includes this
- Companies + contacts that auto-flow from identification and enrichment
- Customisable deal stages with templates per pipeline
- Owner assignment with round-robin or ICP-based rules
- Next-action reminders surfaced on the dashboard
- Audit log on every record — who changed what and when
- One-click sync to HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce when you outgrow it
What people ask before they buy
HubSpot Free is great when you outgrow Leadsment's CRM — and we make that move easy. Until then, building your sales motion across two tools means leads slip between identification and pipeline, and you're configuring two systems instead of selling.
Yes — CSV, JSON via API, or direct sync to your CRM of choice. Your pipeline data is yours; lock-in isn't a strategy we use.
Yes. Multi-seat workspaces with role-based access, owner assignment, and per-user pipeline filters. Done-for-You includes seat onboarding for the team.
Detailed answers
Which plans include the CRM?
Today the built-in CRM is part of the Done-for-You plan. We're working on a smaller, standalone CRM tier — join the waitlist via the demo and we'll let you know.
Can I use Leadsment's CRM and still push to HubSpot?
Yes. Many teams use Leadsment as their working pipeline and push only qualified, replied-to accounts into HubSpot for marketing automation. The sync is one-way (Leadsment → HubSpot) by default; bi-directional is on the roadmap.
How are seats licensed?
Seats are per workspace, included in the plan tier. Done-for-You includes 5 seats by default; additional seats are €15/mo each.
Are there custom fields?
Yes — up to 10 custom fields per object (company, contact, deal). String, number, date, dropdown.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. The web UI is mobile-responsive and works fine for most actions; native iOS/Android is on the 2026 roadmap.
How do I migrate from Pipedrive or HubSpot?
We import via CSV today and have a guided setup call as part of every Done-for-You onboarding. Most migrations finish inside a working day.
