Email Sending & Inbox Integration
Connect your mailbox, send from your own domain, sync replies — all inside Leadsment.
Your email goes out from your real domain, through your real mailbox, so prospects see you — not a third-party sender. Replies sync into the contact record automatically, so nothing slips between inbox and CRM.
How Email Sending & Inbox Integration works for you
Connect Gmail or Outlook via OAuth in about a minute. From that point on, Leadsment sends campaign emails and follow-ups through your actual mailbox — using your domain, your signature, your reputation. Prospects can't tell Leadsment is in the loop because it isn't; it's you sending, with a better workflow around it.
Incoming replies sync back automatically. Every thread is threaded against the right contact and deal record. You can reply from inside Leadsment or from your normal email client — both stay in sync.
To keep deliverability high, we include an SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup wizard that walks you through the DNS records your provider needs. Sending volumes are paced per mailbox to match your warm-up, and bounces are handled automatically — hard bounces mark contacts as invalid and stop retries.
Why this exists
Third-party senders scream spam
Campaigns sent from @mailchimp.leadsment.com or a dedicated cold-email domain land in Promotions or Junk. You want your real domain's reputation working for you.
Inbox and CRM live in parallel
Outbound goes in the CRM. Replies go to your inbox. Attribution is manual — which means it doesn't happen, and the handoff between SDR and AE is always a guessing game.
Deliverability is a black box
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, reputation — most founders don't know where to start, and by the time they figure it out, three days of sending have tanked their inbox placement.
From setup to first lead in four steps
Connect your mailbox
Gmail or Microsoft 365 via OAuth. Takes about a minute. We never store your password; revocable any time.
Set up deliverability
Our wizard walks you through SPF, DKIM, and DMARC at your DNS provider. Green lights when you're ready to send.
Send through your domain
Every outbound email uses your real mailbox. Prospects see your address, your domain, your reputation — as it should be.
Replies sync automatically
Inbound threads flow into the right contact record. Reply from inside Leadsment or from Gmail/Outlook — both stay threaded.

What people ask before they buy
Your deliverability depends on your domain reputation and your content — not on Leadsment. Sending through your real mailbox (instead of a third-party sender) is already a deliverability advantage. We add pacing, warm-up guidance, and the DNS-setup wizard, which together put you ahead of most cold-email setups on day one.
Mailchimp sends from their infrastructure with their sender domains — great for newsletters to opted-in lists, bad for cold B2B. Instantly runs through purpose-built cold-email infra, which solves volume but at the cost of domain reputation separation. Leadsment sends through your mailbox — the same one you already use for replies — so reputation and threading work correctly.
Only the threads involving contacts that are in your Leadsment workspace. We don't index personal emails, and we don't train models on your data. You can revoke mailbox access any time — one click, OAuth token gone.
Detailed answers
Which mailbox providers are supported?
Gmail (Google Workspace), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Exchange Online), and generic IMAP/SMTP for anything else. Custom domains on these providers work the same way.
What are the sending limits?
Per-mailbox limits match what your provider allows — typically 500/day for a warmed Gmail, 10,000/day for Google Workspace, similar for Microsoft. Leadsment paces sends to stay well under the limit to protect your reputation.
Do you do mailbox warm-up?
We provide warm-up guidance and pacing. For brand-new domains we recommend running a dedicated warm-up service (we can recommend a few) for 2–4 weeks before first cold send. For established domains, Leadsment's natural pacing is usually enough.
Does my email signature get added?
Yes. Your Gmail/Outlook signature is used by default. You can override per-campaign if you want a different sign-off.
Can teams share an inbox?
Yes. Connect every team member's mailbox, and the shared inbox shows all replies with the right owner — typically whoever owns the contact. Assignment rules are configurable.
What deliverability tools do you include?
Inbox placement checks, a blocklist monitor for your domain, DMARC report parsing, and per-campaign engagement metrics. Advanced deliverability audits are part of Done-for-You.
