Leadsment for International B2B Sellers

Sell across borders — identify, enrich, and contact buyers in every market.

Cross-border B2B is harder than it should be: most tools are built for a single market, GDPR rules get murky the moment money moves between jurisdictions, and contact-data quality swings wildly by region. Leadsment runs identification globally, enriches with per-region awareness, and makes outreach land in the local inbox — from your real domain.

The problem you're facing

What gets in the way today

US-built tools optimised for US ICPs

Most lead-gen software assumes a US buyer, a US timezone, a US compliance posture, and US contact-data quality. When you sell into — or out of — Europe, the defaults fight you on every step.

GDPR is confusing the moment borders cross

Selling EU-to-US, UK-to-EU, or US-into-EU turns into a legal puzzle. Which basis applies? Is the tool itself a data exporter? Without clarity, the cautious answer is 'do nothing' — which is the worst option.

Contact-data quality varies by region

The same enrichment engine that's brilliant in the US may have gaps in Germany, Italy, or the Nordics — and vice versa for EU-first tools. You can't run a global motion on inconsistent data.

How Leadsment fits your motion

What day-to-day actually looks like

  1. 1

    Identification runs globally

Every visit is identified regardless of origin — German mid-market, Finnish SaaS, French distributor, US enterprise — all in the same daily digest, tagged by HQ country.

  2. 2

    Enrichment with region awareness

Per-region data partners back enrichment where coverage is strongest. Decision-makers come with role translations (e.g. "Geschäftsführer" ≈ "Managing Director"), timezone hints, and language signals.

  3. 3

Outreach lands in the local inbox

Connect a mailbox per market. Cold-email automation runs per-language sequences, respects local send hours, and sends through your real domain — not a cold-email service's shared sender reputation.

  4. 4

    Per-region CRM segments

Tag every account with region, language, and timezone. Pipeline dashboards split by market so you can see where effort pays off and where coverage is thin.

  5. 5

    GDPR-clean by default

EU-hosted infrastructure, visitor identification that stays company-level, contact enrichment on business data only. The lawful-basis question answers itself because the design decisions were made early.

Best plan for International B2B Sellers: Unlimited

International motions stack multi-region traffic + multi-language ICPs + multiple sending domains. Unlimited's unlimited identifications, 10 tracking domains, and 5 ICPs cover the combinatorics without forcing tradeoffs; Done-for-You makes sense once you want managed deliverability across several regional mailboxes.

FAQ

Segment-specific questions

We're EU-based selling to US customers — does data move across the Atlantic?

No. Leadsment is EU-hosted and stores all visitor and enrichment data in EU data centres. Outbound emails leave from your own mailbox (wherever you host it) to the recipient directly, without routing through a non-EU processor. From a GDPR data-flow perspective, Leadsment itself is a clean EU processor relationship.

We're US-based selling into the EU — what GDPR posture should we adopt?

You become a controller under GDPR the moment you target EU companies. Leadsment's EU-hosted infrastructure and lawful-basis-compliant enrichment mean you inherit a strong baseline. We provide a DPA structured for US-based controllers; your legal team backs it into your privacy policy and you're ready to sell into the EU without additional compliance work.

How does contact-data coverage compare across regions?

Strong across EU, UK, North America, and APAC; variable for smaller markets (some CEE, LATAM, some African markets). The demo includes a live coverage check against your actual target countries — we show real numbers, not aggregated averages, before you commit.

Can each market have its own sending domain and cadence?

Yes. Connect a mailbox per region (e.g. your German @yourcompany.de, French @yourcompany.fr), assign it to a territory in the workspace, and sequences running against that territory send exclusively from that mailbox. Send-hour rules can respect local business hours so a German prospect doesn't get an email at 3am local time.

What about PECR for the UK?

UK PECR mirrors GDPR's e-privacy rules for B2B email: legitimate interest applies to corporate addresses when outreach is relevant to the recipient's role and unsubscribe is honoured. Leadsment's cold-email automation includes unsubscribe on every message and suppression lists that persist workspace-wide, so PECR compliance is the default rather than a separate workflow.

Can we run different ICPs per region?

Yes — the 5-ICP limit on Unlimited is designed for exactly this. Common pattern: one ICP per primary market (DACH, France, UK, US), with filters on title, company size, and industry that match local buying norms. Each identified account is routed into the region whose ICP it matches.
